Waffles
Fluffy homemade waffles perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 cups flour
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Mix all ingredients - In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
Cook on waffle iron - Pour batter into a preheated waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer’s instructions until golden and crispy.
Tips
- Don’t overmix the batter - a few lumps are okay.
- Let the waffle iron fully preheat for crispier waffles.
- Serve with butter, syrup, fruit, or whipped cream.
