Chicken Salad
Creamy chicken salad with celery, green onion, and Dijon mustard.
Ingredients
- 1 cup/can cooked chicken shreds
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 rib celery
- 1 green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dill
- 1/2 cup green apple, cubed (optional)
Instructions
Mix everything together - Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
Serve - Serve alone or use for sandwiches.
Tips
- Add the green apple for a sweet and crunchy contrast.
- Great for sandwiches, wraps, or on crackers.
